Pretty kids headband crochet pattern

Thanks for checking out my Pretty Kids Headband crochet pattern. I have not release a new crochet pattern for a few weeks as I’m working on some big projects that I just can’t wait to share with you! However, like many others I do like to break up a big project with a fast and easy one. This crochet headband works up really quickly and is super cute! Please note that this free crochet pattern is for children aged 3-6 years. My premium crochet pattern includes toddler sizes 1-2 years and 2-3 years.

Kids headband description

The pretty kids headband has a beautiful thick texture made using the lemon peel stitch. The headband has a large chunky looking bow with a complimenting texture. The headband would look good all year round and is just as suitable for Summer as it is for Winter. The free children’s headband pattern is for kids ages 3-6 years. If your looking for toddler sizes, the premium version of this crochet pattern includes sizes 1-2 years and 2-3 years.

How it’s made

The kids headband crochet pattern is easy skill level. You will need to know all your basic crochet stitches to complete the pattern as well as knowing how to work into the back posts. There is minimal sewing involved in this crochet project. To make the headband I used DK (weight 3) yarn. I also used a 4mm crochet hook but you may need to adjust your hook after completing your gauge swatch. Completing your gauge swatch is highly recommended before starting your project to ensure the sizing is correct. The headbands use up to 50 yards of yarn.
