The net stitch tutorial is suitable for beginners and experts alike. Made from double crochets and chains it creates a lovely net like fabric with little holes. The stitch is suitable for pretty much any of your crochet projects to add some easy and interesting texture.
Net stitch description
The net stitch is reversible and looks identical on both sides making it ideal for blankets, shawls, scarfs and much more. The pattern creates neat little gaps, just like a net. The net stitch works up quickly without eating your yarn.

Gauge / Tension
Not applicable for this tutorial due to yarn variations. I recommending making a small swatch of the net stitch and measuring the size before beginning a large project.
Stitches separated with a comma are to be made in separate spaces eg. (sc, dc) would mean sc in first stitch then dc in next stitch.
