Back to school scrunchie crochet patterns
Thanks for checking out my set of 3 back to school scrunchie crochet patterns. Finally, after the long national lockdown, my girls going back to school. I’ve got so many mixed emotions as will most parents. It’s been a busy week rushing round buying new school uniform, lunch boxes & school shoes ready for their return. With this in mind I decided to design some ‘back to school’ hair scrunchies. The kids love them and can’t wait to wear one on their first day of school.
Crochet scrunchie description
The crochet pattern bundle is for a set of 3 scrunchies. As I previously mentioned I used them for school hair accessories, but they’re suitable for everyday wear by adults or children. I chose to use my children’s school uniform colours, navy and blue. The first scrunchie has a wavy, ruffled look to it. The second is a basic, plain scrunchie. The third is a hair elastic topped with a beautiful textured bow.
How to crochet hair scrunchies
To begin my school scrunchie crochet patterns are easy skill level. Before you start you will need 3 hair elastics to work around. You will also need DK (weight 3) yarn and a 4mm crochet hook. You will need to know basic crochet stitches as well as how to increase and work in front/back posts.

Stitches separated with a comma are to be made in separate spaces eg. (sc, inc) would mean sc in first stitch then inc in next stitch.
You will need hair elastics to work around.
